Refund policy

Returns

We hope that you will be very pleased with your items, but if not, we will be happy to refund any purchase if it is returned to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the item which will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 days us receiving the return. We will only refund your postage charges if the item is defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please make sure that returns are safely packaged and we would recommend using a tracked delivery service, particularly for more expensive items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will of course, replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@chh-design.com and send your item to: CHH Design Ltd, The Granary, Cow Lane, Moulsford, OX10 9JT, United Kingdom.
